About the Role

Inventory Specialist ***DIRECT HIRE*** Location: Hillsboro, OR Pay: $20-25/hr. DOE Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday 7am-4pm Who We Are Our client is a single-source supplier and solutions provider serving customers in critically clean and controlled environments. They support some of the most advanced manufacturing and technical industries and pride themselves on precision, reliability, and service excellence. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced, team-driven environment where accuracy and accountability matter. What You’ll Do As an Inventory Specialist, you’ll work closely with management and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless goods movement, stock accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include: Receiving, checking, counting, and putting away stock Picking and packing customer orders within strict turnaround times Performing regular stock checks and cycle counts Maintaining accurate inventory levels and critical stock items Working within a computerized WMS / ERP system Supporting local product deliveries to customer sites Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse Using company vehicles and equipment responsibly Identifying process improvements and proactive solutions This role requires someone who can move quickly, think critically, and stay detail-oriented under pressure.
