Leveraged Finance Associate (3–5 PQE) – Elite US Platform | Pure Sponsor Work London | Total Compensation c. £220,000–£320,000 I’m working with an entrepreneurial, growing US practice in London on a rare opportunity for a 3–5 PQE Leveraged Finance associate. This role offers pure sponsor-side work for top-tier private equity clients, including leading names such as KKR and Bain Capital, alongside other major global funds. Unlike the larger elite US teams, this group is small, highly collegiate and free of internal politics, while still operating at the very top of the market. You’ll work directly with an ex–Magic Circle partner on complex, multi-jurisdictional financings with significant visibility, influence and progression potential.
