About the Role

Attend to enquiries, provide technical advice, devise service solutions and fee proposals Agree, with the Ops manager, appropriate budgets and allocation of resources for your projects Establish accurate scope of works for each project in agreement with client stakeholders Produce Service Level Agreements for each contract and communicate effectively to all members of the contract team Conduct thorough site specific risk assessments and ensure effective H&S arrangements throughout the contract duration Maximise efficiency/productivity to ensure budgetary figures are attained, through monitoring programs of work. Ability to work under own initiative, effectively managing time to achieve the role objectives. Separate Excellent communication and leadership into two lines (adding Excellent communication skills, demonstrated by using appropriate channels to convey information effectively). Engage with staff through regular site visits, safety audits and team briefings Assist in the maintenance of the company’s UKAS accreditation through ensuring quality of service and a proactive approach to monitoring of standards Line manage and support field staff assigned to you.
