About the Role

Rural Valuer Location: North East Midlands  Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time Salary: Generous package available for the right person + Car Allowance+ Bonus+ Excellent Benefits We are seeking an experienced MRICS Rural Surveyor / Rural Valuer to play a key role in coordinating valuation work across the North East Midlands. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-quality rural property instructions, while also shaping the delivery of valuation services across the region. You will take responsibility for your own valuation portfolio while providing professional guidance and leadership to other valuers within the team. For an ambitious rural surveyor, this role offers real influence, autonomy, and long-term career progression within a growing rural department. Key Responsibilities As Rural Valuer, you will deliver RICS Red Book compliant valuations across a diverse rural portfolio while supporting the coordination of valuation work across the region. Your work will include valuations for: Loan security for major lenders Agricultural land and farm assets Private rural estates and portfolios Inheritance, tax and estate planning Rural residential property Development and planning appraisal You will also provide professional guidance and support to colleagues, helping maintain high professional standards across the valuation team.
