Truck Sales Manager – Derby

Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week – full time, permanent

Earning Potential – Salary:
£32,000 per annum basic
Realistic OTE: £70,000 (uncapped earning potential)
Company car provided for business and personal use

Overview
We’re looking for a Truck Sales Manager to join an award-winning commercial vehicle specialist in Derby. This isn’t just a sales role – it’s a leadership position. You’ll be managing a team, driving performance, and building customer relationships at a higher level. Key Responsibilities

• Leading and motivating the truck sales team to hit and exceed targets
• Building strong, long-term relationships with key customers
• Delivering a one-stop shop approach – driving full aftersales reassurance and care
• Ensuring dealer target KPIs are met consistently across the department
• Keeping the Sales department running smoothly and efficiently
• Continuously developing product and legislative knowledge across the team

What You’ll Need

• Previous experience in a truck sales role – management experience preferred but not essential if you’re ready to step up
• Ability to motivate and inspire others
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build genuine relationships with customers and colleagues
• HGV licence (advantage but not essential)
