- Experience with CMDB setup, population, and data modeling.
- Hands-on experience designing Flows for custom workflows and integrations.
- Experience with Now Assist and Agentic AI flow design.
- Strong knowledge of business rule development and process analysis.
- Experience in test execution, defect triage, and issue resolution.
- Ability to work independently, provide clear status updates, and proactively identify and communicate project risks.
- ServiceNow CSA certification required; CIS (1–2 certifications) and CAD certification in progress preferred.
