About the Role

Our client, a high-growth AgTech SaaS organization, is searching for a remote Enterprise Account Executive – Dairy role to help them transform the dairy supply chain. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll be a partner with leading food and dairy manufacturers to solve complex operational challenges and drive measurable business outcomes.

Professionals with food, beverage, or other process manufacturing environments and a strong track record of selling software will own the full sales cycle using consultative selling. Building relationships from operations teams to executives to close high-value deals, while positioning innovative software solutions that improve efficiency, visibility, and profitability across the farm-to-processing ecosystem.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop an understanding of the company’s products and services and how the solutions address needs within the dairy supply chain/processing environment
  • Drive growth by closing enterprise SaaS deals within food, beverage, and dairy manufacturing
  • Build and expand relationships from operations leaders to the C-suite
  • Lead high impact, tailored sales presentations and solution discussions (virtual and in-person)
  • Develop strategic account plans and uncover expansion opportunities (cross-sell/up-sell)
  • Partner cross-functionally with product, customer success, and leadership to win and retain business
  • Maintain a strong pipeline and accurate forecasting using CRM tools

DESIRED PROFILE:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2–4 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience (subscription-based solutions)
  • Proven success selling into complex, multi-stakeholder organizations, ideally in dairy or food processing industries
  • Experience selling solutions related to supply chain, production operations, logistics, or manufacturing optimization to a variety of levels, including C-suite, preferred.
  • Strong track record of closing high-value, consultative deals
  • Ability to connect operational challenges to business impact and ROI
  • Ability to travel to customer sites (25-50%)
