Express Employment Professionals is hiring motivated, hands-on individuals for a Coil Prep & Finisher role with a reputable manufacturing company in Canonsburg, PA. This is a long-term opportunity with strong potential for hire-on, pay increases, benefits, and possible union membership.

🔧 WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Prep counter shields and assemble stick/tube components
• Pre-load spacers and assemble vertical wind outs
• Bend, burn, anneal, clean, and wrap electrical leads
• Remove and up-end coils from winding machines
• Use hand tools, air tools, and power tools daily
• Read and follow mechanical & electrical drawings/schematics
• Support production and follow all safety guidelines
• Assist with additional shop duties as needed

🧠 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
✔ Mechanical aptitude and strong hand-eye coordination
✔ Ability to read and follow instructions accurately
✔ Comfortable working with tools and industrial equipment
✔ Must pass a math skills evaluation
✔ Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
✔ Dependable with good attendance record

💪 PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
• Hands-on, active manufacturing work
• Standing, lifting, bending throughout shift
• Must meet vision requirements (details discussed in interview)
