<p>A young, fast‑growing retailer of home and industrial storage solutions near Chelmsford is seeking an experienced Customer Service Executive to join their friendly, supportive team. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a calm, positive approach to customer interactions.</p>

<li>Previous customer service experience and complaint handling</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and organisational skills</li>

<p><strong><u>Role Responsibilities</u></strong></p>

<ul>
<li>Deliver high‑quality customer service via phone, email, and live chat</li>
<li>Advise customers on storage solutions for home and business</li>
<li>Process telephone orders accurately</li>
<li>Resolve delivery issues and handle complaints tactfully</li>
<li>Manage general administrative tasks</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong product knowledge</li>
</ul>

<p><strong><u>Working Hours</u></strong></p>
<p> </p>
<p>Two‑week rotating schedule:</p>
<p>Monday: 7:30am–5pm or 8am–5:30pm</p>
<p>Tuesday–Thursday: 8am–5pm or 8:30am–5:30pm</p>
<p>Friday: 8am–4:30pm No weekends</p>
