A top-tier US firm is continuing its London growth and looking to hire a Private Equity Associate, with at least 1.5-2PQE, to work closely with leading partners on sophisticated, sponsor-side transactions. The group advises leading European and international private equity sponsors on high-value cross-border M&A, leveraged buyouts and strategic investments across a broad range of sectors. The partners are particularly interested in hearing from England & Wales qualified private equity associates who have developed strong sponsor-side experience within another leading UK or US firm, where they trained. This is an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading private equity practice with significant deal flow and continued investment in its London platform.
