About the Role
<p>A dynamic and growing construction consultancy based in London Bridge is seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their team.</p>

<p><strong>The Associate Quantity Surveyor’s Role</strong></p>
<p>As an Associate Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing primarily housing projects, but you will also work on healthcare, education and commercial projects and contribute to business development initiatives.</p>
<p>This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to get involved with the growth of a business both in terms of using business development skills to bring in new work and growing the team around you.</p>
<p>You will be responsible for:</p>
<ul>
<li>Running projects from concept to completion</li>
<li>Supporting the Cost Management Director</li>
<li>Engaging in business development activities</li>
<li>Overseeing and mentoring junior staff members</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>The Associate Quantity Surveyor</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree</li>
<li>MRICS or currently working towards it</li>
<li>Experience within a private practice/consultancy</li>
<li>Strong pre and post contract knowledge</li>
<li>Business development experience</li>
<li>Capable of supporting the management of a team and mentoring junior colleagues</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>In Return?</strong></p>
