As a social worker in our A&I Team, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments and developing care plans for children and families in need.
Working collaboratively with multi-agency teams to ensure the best outcomes for children.
Providing support and guidance to families, empowering them to make positive changes.
Managing a caseload effectively, ensuring timely and thorough documentation and reporting.
Participating in regular supervision and team meetings to enhance service delivery.
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
Registration with Social Work England.
Proven experience in children's social work, particularly in assessment and intervention.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
Knowledge of relevant legislation and safeguarding procedures.
