What you’ll be doing
Designing and building responsive WordPress websites tailored to client needs
Taking briefs and turning them into clean, user-friendly sites that perform well
Managing multiple projects at once without dropping quality
Maintaining and improving existing client sites (updates, bug fixes, enhancements)
Communicating with clients clearly and confidently, setting expectations and advising where needed
Getting involved in the occasional hosting/domain/DNS related task when required
What you’ll bring to the table
Hands-on experience building websites in WordPress
Strong HTML/CSS skills, with a good eye for clean structure and layout
Confidence juggling deadlines and switching between projects
Strong communication skills (you can explain things without the waffle)
Bonus points for JavaScript / PHP / jQuery
More bonus points for design tools (Photoshop/Canva) or experience with hosting, DNS, FTP, MySQL
This is a role for someone who enjoys ownership.
Not just building pages, but seeing a website through from idea to launch, and knowing it’s been done properly.
