We are seeking a skilled ILS/Supportability Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) strategies that enhance the supportability and sustainability of our systems. You will conduct analyses to identify support requirements, develop maintenance plans, and ensure that all logistics elements are properly integrated throughout the product lifecycle. Your expertise will be critical in evaluating system performance, reliability, and maintainability, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of operational readiness.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess system supportability and performance metrics, creating documentation for support plans, and facilitating training for maintenance personnel. You will also be tasked with analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, as well as participating in risk management activities to mitigate potential supportability issues. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will interface with various stakeholders to ensure alignment on logistics strategies and requirements.

To be successful in this role, you should possess a degree in engineering or a related field, along with experience in logistics, supportability engineering, or a similar discipline. Familiarity with reliability-centered maintenance, technical documentation, and life cycle cost analysis is highly desirable. If you are a proactive problem-solver with a passion for enhancing product supportability and customer satisfaction, we would love to hear from you.
