Production Technician IIIndianapolis, IN Temp-to-Hire | 100% Onsite Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Overtime: Available as needed Interviews: Virtual Sirius Staffing is seeking a Production Technician II to support pharmaceutical manufacturing operations in Indianapolis, IN. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced pharmaceutical manufacturing professionals looking to join a regulated production environment with long-term career potential.The ideal candidate will have experience working in an aseptic cGMP pharmaceutical manufacturing facility and be comfortable supporting sterile manufacturing processes including component preparation, capping, inspection, packaging, and equipment setup while maintaining strict quality and compliance standards. ResponsibilitiesPerform aseptic manufacturing activities including component preparation, capping, inspection, and packaging.Support sterilization processes, equipment setup, and production readiness.Execute packaging and inspection activities by following batch records and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Verify calibration of scales and confirm proper identification of materials and supplies.Inspect products to ensure quality, potency, and compliance with manufacturing specifications.Operate manufacturing and packaging equipment safely and efficiently.Stock and replenish production supplies as needed.Properly dispose of hazardous chemicals following established procedures.Maintain accurate production documentation while adhering to cGMP requirements.Work independently with minimal supervision while supporting supervisors and Production Technician III team members.Perform additional duties as assigned.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework is a plus.Minimum of two (2) years of aseptic manufacturing experience in a cGMP pharmaceutical manufacturing facility is required.Working knowledge of cGMP regulations and pharmaceutical manufacturing practices.Experience with packaging, visual inspection, batch records, and SOP documentation.Experience with vial washing and capping is highly preferred.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Word and Excel, are preferred.Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.Physical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds.Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive hand movements throughout the shift.Ability to safely work around manufacturing equipment and hazardous chemicals while wearing required PPE.Must possess close vision, color vision, and depth perception necessary to perform detailed inspections.Preferred ExperienceCandidates with experience in the following areas are highly encouraged to apply: Aseptic pharmaceutical manufacturingSterile manufacturingCleanroom operationsVial washingCapping operationsPharmaceutical packagingVisual inspectionBatch recordsGMP documentationPharmaceutical production equipmentWhy Join This Opportunity?Temp-to-hire opportunityMonday–Friday day shift with overtime availableVirtual interview processOpportunity to grow within a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environmentEqual Employment OpportunitySirius Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
