Manager of Revenue Recognition Compensation
- The pay for this position is $48.61 per hour
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Manager of Revenue Recognition Highlights
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
- The required availability for this position is Monday–Thursday onsite, Friday remote (standard business hours)
Manager of Revenue Recognition Responsibilities
- Review contracts to ensure compliance with GAAP (ASC 606) and internal policies
- Own month-end close processes including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting
- Manage and mentor a team of 2 Senior Accountants
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements
- Support internal and external audit requests
- Maintain and oversee SOX controls and compliance
- Analyze revenue-related balance sheet accounts and perform reconciliations
- Partner with FP&A and cross-functional teams on revenue recognition treatment
- Improve financial systems and processes to support scalability
- Respond to business partner inquiries and support ad-hoc projects
Manager of Revenue Recognition Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4–7 years of relevant accounting experience
- Experience with ASC 606 revenue recognition
- Prior team management experience
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple priorities
High School Diploma or GED
Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
Manager of Revenue Recognition Preferred Qualifications
- Public accounting experience
- CPA certification
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
- Experience with BlackLine or similar close software
