<p><strong>Housing Needs Team Manager needed in North London Paying £205.63 per day ref OR106334</strong></p>
<p><strong>Full time hours on a temporary basis</strong></p>
<p><em>Key Responsibilities</em></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead and manage a Housing Needs team, ensuring excellent customer service and high-quality case management.</li>
<li>Oversee homelessness prevention, relief and assessment activity in line with current housing legislation and best practice.</li>
<li>Monitor team performance, ensuring targets, service standards and statutory responsibilities are met.</li>
<li>Manage complex housing cases, complaints and escalations.</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with external partners, landlords, support providers and voluntary organisations to achieve positive outcomes for customers.</li>
<li>Support the delivery of services relating to the Renters Rights Act and associated enforcement responsibilities.</li>
<li>Develop team capability through coaching, supervision and performance management.</li>
<li>Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of housing services.</li>
</ul>
