Finance Director

This strategic leadership role will work closely with the Founders and CEO to help prepare the business for a future sale/transaction process over the next few years.

Key responsibilities will include:
* Leading financial sale readiness and transaction preparation
* Delivering rigorous reporting, analysis and financial discipline
* Preparing and presenting a compelling financial growth story
* Driving commercial performance and margin improvement initiatives
* Responding quickly and effectively to due diligence/data requests
* Playing a key role within the Executive leadership team

The successful candidate will ideally possess:
* Previous experience leading or supporting a company sale/transaction
* Strong commercial and strategic finance capability
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* The ability to simplify and clearly communicate complex financial information
