Compensation: $37–$45+/hr DOE
Multiple Shifts Available:
- Monday – Friday: 7AM – 3:30 PM (8-hour shifts)
Or
- Monday - Thursday: 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM (10-hour shifts)

What You’ll Do:
- Program CNC machines in a high-tech plastics manufacturing environment
- Implement, stabilize, control, and continuously improve machining processes
- Work collaboratively with operators, engineers, designers, drafters, and Manufacturing Engineers
- Develop and maintain manufacturing work instructions and process definitions in an MRP II and ISO 9000 environment
- Write and develop CNC programs from geometry and engineering drawings
- Convert CAD files and generate part drawings using CAM software
- Create tool paths, NC codes, and setup sheets
- Improve quality, yield, and productivity through cross-functional collaboration
- Troubleshoot machining and programming issues
- Mentor and train Programmer I and II team members
- Assist with scheduling, documentation, labor tracking, and process control
- Capture redlines and advises on corrective actions
- Work closely with engineering on part and tooling designs
- Lead projects from concept through completion

What You Need to Have:
- 4+ years of CNC programming experience in a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated machining experience (manual and/or CNC)
- Experience developing programs from blueprints and CAD geometry
- Strong knowledge of tooling speeds, feeds, and material applications
- Experience working within ISO 9001 standards
- Ability to troubleshoot machining and programming issues
- Experience with CAD/CAM software (AutoCAD, Mastercam preferred)
- Ability to read blueprints, Bills of Materials, and machine codes
- Experience creating fixtures and tooling solutions
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in MS Office
Preferred:
- AA Degree in Automated Manufacturing or related field
- Experience in plastics machining environment
- Prior leadership or mentoring experience
- Experience in MRP II systems
