Experienced Print Operative – Tankersley
Our client who is a fast friendly growing business are currently recruiting for a proactive print operative to join their team on a long-term basis

Pay rate negotiable on experience
Contract: Temporary ongoing
Duties
Identifying and loading the substrates onto the presses.
Inserting and removing rotary die cutting tools.
Setting the print correctly to meet quality standards.
Colour matching
Continuous quality monitoring
Operating the presses to ensure maximum efficiency is achieved while minimising waste.
Completing all required paperwork.
Always working in a safe manner and reporting any issues.
Ensure that all duties are undertaken in compliance with the company’s policies and procedures
Being able to take on any duties as required to meet the needs of the business
Requirements
Able to work under pressure and adhere to strict delivery deadlines.
A logical thinker.
Pro-active with a ‘can do’ attitude.
Able to recognise good quality and deal accordingly with any fluctuations from this.
Able to work on their own initiative as well as in a team.
Willing to contribute to the continuous improvement activities.
Effective with communication skills, both verbal & written.
Confident with their numerical skills
