Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead and oversee our 2nd shift operations. This role is responsible for managing daily warehouse activities, supervising a team of 20+ employees, and ensuring efficient, safe, and accurate handling of inventory and shipments.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of 20+ warehouse associates on 2nd shift
- Plan, organize, and monitor daily warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping)
- Ensure productivity targets, quality standards, and deadlines are consistently met
- Train, coach, and develop team members to improve performance and engagement
- Enforce safety policies and maintain compliance with OSHA and company procedures
- Monitor inventory accuracy and coordinate cycle counts and audits
- Collaborate with other shifts and departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
- Manage labor scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluations
- 3+ years of warehouse supervisory or management experience
- Proven experience managing teams of 15–25+ employees
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory systems, and logistics processes
- Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) preferred
- Ability to work 2nd shift hours consistently
- Forklift certification (preferred)
