The Role

As a Humanities Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support students across KS3 and KS4 in subjects such as History and Geography
  • Work 1:1 and in small groups to reinforce understanding and engagement
  • Help students develop critical thinking and discussion skills
  • Support pupils with additional needs, including SEND and SEMH
  • Assist teachers with lesson delivery and resource preparation
  • Encourage curiosity, confidence, and participation in lessons

You’ll play a key role in helping students engage with topics and see their relevance beyond the classroom.
