Our client, a leading provider of document imaging and information management services, is seeking a Warehouse - Night Shift to join their team. As a Warehouse - Night Shift, you will be part of the operations team supporting various departments. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines, and a collaborative spirit which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse

Location: San Jose, CA

Pay Range: Day Shift - $20 per hour Graveyard- $21 per hour

Shift: 7AM -3:30 PM, 3:30 PM to 12 AM, 10:00 PM- 6:30 AM

What's the Job?

• Document Prep: Remove staples, clips, bindings; repair and sort pages before scanning.
• Scanning: Operate production-grade scanners; set parameters per job and customer specs; digitize documents into accurate digital files.
• Quality Assurance: Review scanned outputs for resolution, proper sizing, completeness; perform rescans as needed.
• Maintenance: Clean and perform routine upkeep on scanning equipment to ensure image quality.
• Indexing & Logging: Enter metadata or document numbers into MS Word, Excel, departmental systems for retrieval.

What's Needed?

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience: Preferably experience with high-volume or OCR/document imaging equipment; computer literacy essential.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift/move boxes of records up to ~35–50 lbs. regularly.
• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, teamwork and adaptability.
