Global Job Profile Manufacturing Industrial Optimization Engineering focuses on optimizing the interconnected components of a manufacturing system (e.g., plant location, personnel work flow/ergonomics, materials logistics, production process sequence, and equipment layouts, etc.) including: • Establishing methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel • Conducting cost/inventory/production control and human factors studies to develop and implements plans for facility modifications and revisions to operating methods • Assisting manufacturing plant/facilities engineers with facility planning and design • May assist in establishing accident prevention measures and manage production operations training programs for plant personnel Behavioural expectations linked to our values: Next to the global reference profile, the following behavioural expectations are linked to our company values.
