Our client, a forward thinking, well known law firm, is looking to appoint a solicitor to join one of its’ specialist personal injury teams. The successful applicant will join the team that focuses on public and work place related accidents. You will be responsible for handling cases across the full life cycle of the claim, from initial enquiry through to litigation and proof, where required. You will investigate the factual and legal complexities of work and public place injury claims, represent clients in all aspects of third-party negotiation and be responsible for client management and advice. You will have a mixed caseload of litigated and pre-litigation cases and will be committed to achieving the best outcomes for your clients. Applicants must have some personal injury experience to date and will ideally be 0-5Yrs post qualified although there is some flexibility around this.
