You will work closely with teaching staff to prepare materials, maintain equipment, and ensure a safe and organised working environment for students.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparing and setting up materials, tools, and equipment for lessonsSupporting practical lessons across a range of disciplines including Art, Resistant Materials, Graphics, and TextilesMaintaining and organising workshops, studios, and storage areasEnsuring health and safety procedures are followed at all timesAssisting with stock control and ordering of suppliesProviding technical support to staff and students during lessonsThe Ideal CandidatePrevious experience working as an Art/DT Technician in a school settingStrong subject knowledge across Art and Design Technology disciplinesA relevant degree is preferredExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailA proactive and flexible approach to workA strong understanding of health and safety within a workshop or studio environmentThe School OffersA welcoming and inclusive school communityA positive and well-resourced working environmentOpportunities for professional development and career progressionSupportive leadership and collaborative staff cultureIf you are enthusiastic, reliable, and ready to contribute to a thriving school environment, we would love to hear from you. #INDLSS
