About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Customer Support Assistant to join a busy Customer Support Team. This role is available on a temporary, fixed-term (3 months) or permanent basis, offering flexibility for the right candidate.
As a key member of the team, you will support both customers and internal colleagues by processing orders, coordinating despatches, managing enquiries and ensuring a consistently high standard of service. You will work closely with teams across Finance, Operations and Sales, acting as a central point of contact to ensure queries are handled efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Process sales orders and ensure accurate documentation
Coordinate domestic and international despatches, ensuring paperwork is complete and correct
Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via shared inboxes
Handle warranties, complaints, and service plans in line with escalation procedures
Process credit card payments securely and accurately
Support internal teams with customer and order-related queries
Liaise with Finance, Operations, and Sales to resolve issues and improve service delivery
Maintain accurate customer records and data
Champion excellent customer experience and contribute to continuous improvement
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience in customer support, service, or administration
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Confident communicator with a professional, customer-focused approach
Comfortable working to deadlines and service-level targets
Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset
Good IT skills and confidence using email and internal systems
