Options Specialist

As a Market Operations Specialist (Options), you’ll help scale and refine our Options Operations desk! You’ll support daily risk management activities, resolve customer-impacting escalations, and collaborate with teams across Robinhood to ensure the smooth functioning of our options business. This role is based in our Lake Mary, FL, Denver, CO, New York, NY, or Chicago, IL office(s), with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week. Our office experience is intentional, energizing, and designed to fully support high-performing teams.  What you’ll do Perform daily options operational tasks such as expiration processing and account-level risk management Independently identify process inefficiencies, design improvements, and implement scalable solutions Act as a point of contact for teammates on complex cases, and escalate appropriately when needed Partner with Product and Engineering teams to prioritize features and test the functionality of our options products Support desks across Market Operations with out-of-hours responsibilities, including flexing across multiple time zones What you bring Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses (or the equivalent) Active FINRA Series 4 license Familiarity with Robinhood’s Options Onboarding process Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a drive to improve the client experience Demonstrated expertise in complex financial topics like options and margin Flexibility to work outside regular hours and adapt to the evolving needs of the business Comfort working autonomously, multitasking, and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment Experience with SQL and/or Python is a plus, but not required
