About the Role

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organisation's goals. Oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention processes. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across the UK. Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organisational culture. Manage compensation and benefits policies to attract and retain top talent. Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR objectives with business needs. Monitor and improve HR processes for efficiency and effectiveness. Act as a trusted advisor on HR-related matters to stakeholders. The Successful Applicant The successful applicant for the Head of HR, UK role should have:   Fluent in Spanish would highly advantageous. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience of working collaboratively in a unionised environment and able to lead negotiations. Experience of leading teams that include HR, payroll and recruitment. Articulate with a strong ability to communicate and present data articulately. Capability to drive strategic HR initiatives in alignment with business objectives. A professional qualification in human resources or a related field. Candidates must be based in the Midlands and able to be onsite in Birmingham 4 days a week.
