Handling incoming calls and responding to client queries
Supporting the progression of conveyancing transactions
Preparing and verifying client care documentation
Carrying out ID and source of funds checks
Assisting with title checks under supervision
Drafting and issuing contract packs
Managing pre-contract enquiries on sale files
Preparing pre-completion documents, including invoices and statements
Updating the case management system accurately
Supporting fee earners and wider team with administrative tasks
Building relationships with third-party stakeholders through excellent service
