About the Role
Provide Primary and Family evidenced-based care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and health counseling.
Handle administrative duties such as opening/closing the clinic and maintaining a clean environment.
Perform routine examinations and manage patient appointments to ensure positive health outcomes.
Encourage patients to actively participate in their own healthcare through screenings and chronic condition management.
Collaborate daily with a clinical care team to drive better patient outcomes.
Critical Information
Every other weekend required with possible holiday rotations.
Position requires working on-site.
Education/Licenses Needed
Master's Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification.
Active state license to practice as an Advanced Practice Nurse.
