Financial Accountant

This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing finance function supporting a diverse and international portfolio, delivering high-quality financial reporting within a fast-paced and commercially driven environment.</p> <p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p> <p>Due to continued growth, the firm is expanding its finance team. This role offers strong exposure across a varied portfolio of investments and entities, working closely with key stakeholders to deliver accurate, insightful financial information that supports strategic decision-making.</p> <p>You will typically manage reporting across multiple entities, so confidence in a client-facing environment and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders is essential.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Act as a key point of contact for a portfolio of investment entities and stakeholders</li> <li>Prepare monthly and quarterly management accounts and reporting packs</li> <li>Produce financial statements (FRS 102 and IFRS exposure desirable)</li> <li>Complete bank reconciliations and full trial balance ownership</li> <li>Support NAV reporting, investor reporting, and performance analysis</li> <li>Assist with due diligence work for acquisitions, disposals, and investment activity</li> <li>Support financial analysis and reporting for senior leadership and investors</li> <li>Identify and implement process improvements alongside senior finance stakeholders</li> </ul> <p><strong>About You</strong></p> <ul> <li>Part-qualified or working towards ACCA, CIMA or CA (qualified candidates also considered)</li> <li>Strong experience in management accounts, reconciliations, and financial reporting</li> <li>Exposure to FRS 102 / IFRS financial statements is advantageous</li> <li>Strong Excel skills and confident working with financial systems</li> <li>Professional, articulate, and comfortable engaging with stakeholders</li> <li>Highly organised, proactive, and detail-focused</li> </ul> <p><strong>What’s on Offer</strong></p> <ul> <li>Opportunity to join a globally recognised investment firm with significant growth and exposure</li> <li>Work across complex, international structures and investment portfolios</li> <li>Collaborative and high-performing finance environment</li> <li>Clear opportunities for progression and professional development</li> </ul> <p>If you are looking for a role offering broad exposure, high-quality financial reporting experience, and the opportunity to work within a leading global investment environment, this could be an excellent next step.</p>
