<p class="isSelectedEnd">CMD Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of Cross Manufacturing, a world-leading manufacturer supplying precision-engineered components to the aerospace, automotive and industrial sectors.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">We are looking for experienced Production Operatives or Manufacturing Operatives who have previously worked within a factory or engineering environment and are looking to join a skilled production team.</p>
<h3>The Role</h3>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">Working within the Winding Department, you will be responsible for manufacturing high-quality precision components while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">Duties include:</p>
<ul data-spread="false">
<li>Operating production machinery and manufacturing equipment</li>
<li>Manufacturing precision components to engineering specifications</li>
<li>Conducting quality inspections and visual checks</li>
<li>Using measuring equipment and production gauges</li>
<li>Completing production documentation accurately</li>
<li>Following standard operating procedures and health & safety requirements</li>
<li>Working to production targets whilst maintaining excellent quality standards</li>
</ul>
<h3>We are looking for candidates with:</h3>

<li>Previous experience within a manufacturing, production or engineering environment</li>
<li>Experience operating production machinery or manufacturing equipment</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality products</li>
<li>Ability to follow written work instructions and manufacturing processes</li>
<li>Good manual dexterity and practical skills</li>
<li>A reliable work ethic and excellent attendance record</li>
</ul>

<p class="isSelectedEnd">Although full training will be provided on Cross Manufacturing’s products and processes, applicants should have previous experience working within a manufacturing or production environment.</p>
<p>This is a precision manufacturing environment where attention to detail and quality are essential. It is not a general warehouse or picking and packing role.</p>
