About the Role

The Senior Manager – Business Development, VCA is responsible for pipeline development and sell-in of VCA services to key FI and Fintech clients at Visa. The individual will bring in experience of business development in a consulting capacity, with an understanding of payments. We are looking for a motivated self-starter with a track record of holding and hitting revenue targets. The three key responsibilities include: Business and pipeline development with specific clients Pursuit, problem understanding, proposal development, pitching and price negotiations Partnering with delivery teams as needed to ensure delivery quality. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager. Qualifikationen Basic Qualifications Professionally qualified, with a post graduate degree in management Preferred Qualifications 8+ years of overall experience, with understanding of payments Passionate, self-motivated, results oriented individual with the ability to handle numerous projects concurrently. Knowledge and understanding of banking and / or payments, including products & services, business systems and processes, and marketing initiatives. Excellent client relationship management skills and ability to develop a credible point of view on a variety of industry topics, acting as a trusted advisor. Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor. Executive presence including excellent communication and presentations skills, written and verbal, and ability to communicate at all levels within large organizations. Demonstrated leadership, managerial and collaboration capabilities, particularly with those who are not direct reports as may be found in a matrixed organization. Experience in several key payments business areas, such as portfolio management, marketing, product management, operations, risk management, for both credit and debit cards. Experience using financial indicators to measure business performance with a significant focus on impacting return on investment. Ideal candidate will have payments and consulting experience
