We recruit high-calibre, motivated graduates and engage with you before you finish university so you can step straight into a graduate role. Join us in Operational or Commercial roles with rotational placements to gain company-wide experience. Our two-year structured development programme is designed to build and develop your leadership capability while also developing specialist skills in your chosen field.
Graduates will also take part in a business challenge, where, supported by a Business Mentor, each group is tasked with designing a solution to a real business challenge. Past projects have included initiatives ranging from solar and sensor lighting, to reducing costs through ‘No Dig Technology’, with some ideas already coming to fruition, such as the allotment project with St Richard's Primary in Skelmersdale.
The programme offers opportunities across the North, Midlands, and South, giving you the chance to experience different teams, locations, and projects as you grow.
