- Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.

- Identify and implement process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement opportunities within finance operations.
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls, audit requirements, and retail industry financial regulations.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, functional specifications, and knowledge repositories related to finance processes and support activities.
