About the Role
Requisitos: Ensino superior completo em mecânica/mecatrônica ou afins; Conhecimento em Bombas Centrífugas, equipamentos rotativos, instalação e operação e análise de falha; Conhecimento em análises de vibração será considerado um diferencial; Sólidos conhecimentos em todo pacote office (Excel avançado); Inglês avançado. Responsabilidades e Atribuições: Avaliar falhas em equipamentos para análise de garantia; Elaborar relatórios técnicos de equipamentos recebidos para avaliação; Prestar suporte técnico a clientes e assistências autorizadas sobre instalação, operação e manutenção dos produtos; Interagir com áreas internas para identificação de causas e melhoria dos processos de fabricação; Promover atualizações de projetos e documentação técnica de equipamentos instalados; Cadastrar novos itens desenvolvidos pela engenharia de Service; Manter atualizados os registros e controles do departamento; Executar outras atividades correlatas e inerentes ao cargo.
