Locum Housing Litigation Lawyer – Predominantly Remote Working – 3 Months + - Up to £60 per hour Umbrella – Midlands Position: Locum Housing Litigation Lawyer  Organisation: Midlands based Local Authority  Duration: 3 months initial contract with the likelihood of extension thereafter Working pattern: 30/37 hours in the week (4 days) Working arrangement: Predominantly Remote Working with the exception of attending Court when required and the office once a fortnight/month Hourly rate: Up to £60 per hour umbrella  Ideal Start Date: ASAP Skill level: Qualified Lawyer (Solicitors, Barristers and CILEX Fellows) The ideal candidate will have prior experience working within a Local Authority dealing with Housing Law matters.  Duties may include: • Advise on a broad range of Landlord and Tenant issues including possession claims  • Responsible for a variety of disrepair cases from pre-action stage to post issue and advising the partner Councils on issues of liability • Provide general housing advice and handle a caseload of closure orders, injunctions and Non rent possession orders Please apply for this role online or contact Connie Ross or Emily Taylor via phone or email for further information. 07441 916 435  midlandslegal@venngroup.com Venn Group is an equal opportunities employment business and employment agency and welcomes applications from all candidates.
