PARAPLANNING MANAGER

Do you have experience managing a team of Paraplanners and seeking your next role as Paraplanning Manager? Our client, is a national IFA firm who are looking for an experienced individual to manage a team of Paraplanners, acting as their line manager and ensuring the team produce efficient and accurate research and reports for their IFAs. This is a new role being created to help facilitate their growth as a business. As Paraplanning Manager, your responsibilities will include: Managing, training and developing your team of Paraplanners Recruiting new team members as and when required Operational management through managing staffing / workflow issues and resolving them quickly Provide feedback and coaching to develop and enhance your team Undertake periodic checks to ensure cases meet and exceed agreed standards Identify areas and processes which can be improved Act as a go-to person for complex queries where appropriate Ensure your team and business are always ahead of regulatory changes This is an excellent position for an individual looking to be within a management role within paraplanning.
