About the Role:
As an SEN Teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs. You will be responsible for creating a nurturing, structured, and engaging learning environment tailored to each child's individual needs. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with support staff, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for every student.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver tailored lessons to meet individual learning needs
• Support pupils with a range of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and learning difficulties
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Monitor and assess student progress, adapting approaches where necessary
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and SENCOs

What we're looking for:

• Fully Qualified Teacher (FQT) status
• At least 1 year of UK teaching experience
• Experience working with SEN pupils in a primary setting
• A patient, empathetic, and flexible approach
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
