About the Role
The Operations/G&A Recruiter will collaborate with teams across Gatik to find and hire top talent for key roles in operations, management, and administration. This role focuses on sourcing candidates, managing the hiring process, and supporting teams to meet their hiring goals. You’ll help build strong pipelines and ensure a smooth, positive experience for every candidate. This is a growth-focused role within our expanding Talent Acquisition team, offering the opportunity to improve and scale our recruiting processes.
This role will be onsite 5 days a week at our Mountain View headquarters.
What you will do
Partner with hiring teams across Operations, Commercial, Finance and Legal to set and execute on the hiring strategy
Support and help shape hiring workflows, including job specs, interview panels, and recruiting plans
Act as an ambassador for Gatik’s mission, values and employee value proposition
Continuously improve recruiting processes to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and quality of hire
Use creative sourcing strategies to build and maintain strong talent pipelines
Offer insights and suggest improvements to hiring processes based on data and hands-on recruiting experience
Stay up to date on market trends, engage passive talent, promote Gatik’s milestones, and conduct thoughtful candidate interviews
What we’re looking for
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in fast-growing, operations-focused environments
Experience hiring across multiple locations, with a mix of managerial and non-exempt hourly roles
Background in startup or high-growth companies preferred
Strong ability to close candidates across different career levels
Experience recruiting for a range of functions and role types
Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS (or similar tools) is a plus
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
Strong sense of ownership, integrity, and attention to detail
