We are currently recruiting for a reliable and professional Cleaning Operative to join our team in Castle Douglas. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking part-time evening work with a fantastic hourly rate and the potential for ongoing employment.

• Monday: 5:00pm – 6:00pm (1 hour)
• Tuesday: 5:00pm – 6:00pm (1 hour)
• Wednesday: 5:00pm – 6:00pm (1 hour)
• Thursday: 5:00pm – 6:00pm (1 hour)
• Friday: 5:00pm – 6:00pm (1 hour)
• Saturday: No work
• Sunday: No work

Total: 5 hours per week

• General cleaning of commercial premises
• Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors
• Cleaning offices, kitchens, washrooms and communal areas
• Emptying waste bins and replenishing consumables
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Following all site health and safety procedures
• Locking and securing the premises where required

• Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred
• Reliable, punctual and trustworthy
• Comfortable working independently
• Able to work as a key holder and operate an alarm system where required
• Right to work in the UK (documentation must be presented at induction)
• Willing to use a telephone-based time and attendance system
