Construction Superintendent (Piping)

Job Purpose

Responsible for supervising piping construction activities offshore, ensuring safe, timely, and compliant project execution.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas major projects.
• At least 8 years of offshore experience in oil & gas projects.
• GCC experience is mandatory, preferably within ADNOC Group companies.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of offshore construction practices and mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with ADNOC standards, specifications, and procedures.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong understanding of HSE regulations and best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple contractors and stakeholders.
• Good communication and reporting skills

Job Description

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise piping installation, fabrication, and testing activities.

  • Ensure compliance with HSE standards and project specifications.

  • Review drawings, isometrics, and method statements.

  • Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, and planning teams.

  • Monitor subcontractors, productivity, and schedule adherence.

  • Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.

  • Ensure compliance with international codes (ASME, API).
