<p><strong>Homelessness &amp; Housing Solutions Officer (Hybrid) needed in Redditch, £22ph </strong><strong>PAYE &#8211; Reference: RQ1749308</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>A Homelessness Prevention Officer supports people who are homeless or at risk by assessing their needs, creating personalised housing plans, and taking practical steps to help them keep or secure accommodation.
