About the Role

Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks.
Developing and implementing effective care plans in partnership with families and relevant stakeholders.
Providing ongoing support and intervention to families, ensuring that children’s safety and well-being are prioritized.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation in accordance with local and national standards.
Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to the development of safeguarding policies and practices.
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
Current registration with Social Work England.
Proven experience in children’s social work, particularly in safeguarding and child protection.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.
