Ihre Aufgaben Fachliche & disziplinarische Führung des Q-Teams am Standort Langgöns und St. Gallen Planung, Durchführung und Nachhalten von System-, Prozess- und Produktaudits für Qualität & Umwelt Regelmäßige Berichterstattung über die relevanten Kennzahlen und Organisation und Durchführung des Management-Reviews Umsetzung der Qualitätssicherung am Standort inkl. Stichprobenprüfungen Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung des Qualitätsmanagementsystems (QMS) Verantwortung für das Dokumentenmanagement in Bezug auf das QMS Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Methoden Aufbau eines qualitätsorientierten Lieferantenmanagements Qualifizierung und Entwicklung von Mitarbeitenden in Qualitätsprozessen und -methoden Vertretung der Gallus Gruppe in Qualitäts- und Umweltgremien der Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG Sicherstellung des ordnungsgemäßen Betriebs des Messraums am Standort Langgöns Ihr Profil Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium Fundierte Kenntnisse im Qualitätsmanagement, Qualitätstechniken und-methoden insbesondere Kenntnisse über die Normen ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 Erfahrung im Bereich Montage und/oder Beschaffung wünschenswert Zusatzausbildung zum QMB Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen und Statistikkenntnisse Projektmanagement-Skills, Führungskompetenz und Kommunikationsstärke Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Gewisse Reisebereitschaft Das bieten wir Ihnen Verantwortungsvolle Position mit viel Gestaltungsspielraum Arbeiten in einem internationalen Umfeld Attraktive Vergütung & Sozialleistungen Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten und Entwicklungsperspektiven in unserem Deutsch/ Schweizer Unternehmen, bzw. innerhalb der Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG Jobrad, freie Getränke, Parkplatz, mobiles Arbeiten, BAV, Firmenlaptop und Firmenhandy Good to know Rarely are there candidates who fulfill all requirements 100%.
