Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Support pupils within KS1 lessons</li>
<li>Deliver small-group interventions</li>
<li>Assist with classroom preparation and organisation</li>
<li>Promote positive behaviour and engagement</li>
<li>Support academic and emotional development</li>
<li>Work closely with teaching staff</li>
</ul>
 Pre-requisites:
<ul>
<li>Previous experience within a primary school setting</li>
<li>Understanding of KS1 learning and development</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Two education-based references</li>
<li>Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)</li>
