<p><strong>The Role:</strong></p>
<p>Covering Devon, Cornwall, Somerset, Bristol, Bath, Wiltshire and Hampshire, this field-based sales role focuses on growing adoption of myopia management solutions within existing accounts. You’ll work closely with customer teams to deliver joint business plans, provide in-practice training, and influence clinical and commercial decisions. Collaborating with internal teams, you’ll ensure a seamless customer experience while driving engagement, education, and sales performance across your region.</p>
<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<p>Minimum 2 years’ experience as an optometrist or dispensing optician. Confident presenting clinical data and delivering engaging training. Strong relationship builder with commercial awareness and the ability to manage a large territory. Full UK driving licence required.</p>
<p><strong>The Package:</strong></p>
<p>£45,000-£50,000 + £12,000 OTE, electric company car, private healthcare, pension, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, plus extensive benefits and development opportunities.</p>
