Hours: - Monday-Friday, 42.5 hours per week - Sociable hours – no overnight stays or late evenings - Saturday Morning Rota: typically two Saturdays per month, paid at 1.5x hourly rate Benefits: - Overtime: weekdays at 1.25x, Saturdays at 1.5x - HGV Driver bonus: £1,200/year based on safety compliance - Company Profit Share Bonus (performance-dependent) - Pension scheme - 25 days’ holiday 8 Bank Holidays (increases with length of service to 30 days bank holidays) - Flexible holiday scheme - Paid Christmas shutdown - CPC training provided - Life assurance, health cash plan, colleague discounts, PPE/workwear provided Duties of a HGV Driver: - Operate HGV and associated equipment safely and competently - Deliver building materials around the local area in a professional manner - Assist with loading/unloading of vehicles - Maintain journey, mileage, and hours records - Conduct daily vehicle checks and report defects - Operate tachograph in line with legislation - Adhere to Health & Safety procedures What we would like from you: - Positive, confident, and safety-focused attitude - HGV Category C license required - HIAB/ALLMI certificate and experience preferred - Commitment to delivering excellent customer service If you are interested in this role, please apply below with your most recent CV.
