About the Role

As our International HR Operations Advisor, this role drives the further rollout, adoption, and optimization of key HR processes and tools across multiple countries. Think of initiatives such as HR system implementations, engagement surveys, and strengthening structured employee development and dialogue frameworks. It is a position that blends execution with advisory impact. International HR projects are led from start to finish, while serving as a trusted sparring partner for managers and stakeholders across countries. Acting as the go-to person for HR process questions, improvement initiatives, and more complex employee-related matters is part of the responsibility. Working closely with the People & Culture Director and HR system administrator, this position operates independently in an international landscape. That means combining structure with pragmatism and taking ownership of both implementation and guidance. This is where ownership meets international impact. Job requirements Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in HR advisory or HR operations  Experience within an international organization (exposure to multiple cultures is essential) Fluent in English (additional languages such as Dutch or French are a plus) Proven experience leading HR process rollouts, implementations, or adoption initiatives Structured and independent working style with a hands-on mindset Affinity with HR systems, digital tools, and data-driven environments Job responsibilities Lead the international rollout and implementation of HR processes and tools Drive local adoption and ensure consistent execution across countries Provide training sessions and ongoing support to HR and business stakeholders Act as first point of contact for HR process and tool-related questions Collaborate closely with HR system management, and local teams Identify improvement opportunities and optimize existing HR processes Ensure alignment between central HR strategy and local execution Job benefits In this role, you will have real ownership and visible impact within an international organization where HR plays a meaningful role in shaping the business.
